    Most of us have probably tried free weight by restricting our diet in one way or another. You may have reduced calories, carbohydrates cut or served as a demon.

    The challenge of this approach is that it can often make you feel like you are walking on a tightrope, always teetering on the edge of bankruptcy. What has changed its ecology? And ecology, I mean the environment, both within your body and where you live.

    Some environmental changes you can make today:
