    1. Eat Real Food. Not too much. Mostly Vegetables

If you hunt and fish, try to get most of your protein from these sources.

If you buy meat from the shop, I suggest buying natural, hormone and antibiotic free meat.

When shopping, ask yourself, "Can I develop it?" and "Can I kill him?" If the answer is no, try their best to avoid putting in your cart. Try to focus on the long term food consumption before selecting.

Breaking this rule stay away from all processed waste that is there.

    2. Make your home a healthier place.

If you know it's not healthy, you do not have at home. It's OK to splurge on junk food a few times a month, but if you are not at home, the downside for you to go out and get that to drastically reduce the number of calories you consume unhealthy.

    3. Develop a support system.

Develop a relationship with a person or join a group of people you can talk about your goals. Having a support system will help you stay honest to your goals and stay motivated to achieve them.

    4. Be active at least 30 minutes a day, seven days a week.

Increase your activity if you have trouble reaching your goals.

    5. Create S.M.A.R.T. Goals

Make sure you do S.M.A.R.T. objectives and stick to it. If you set goals that are unrealistic, it is unlikely to reach them and get discouraged. Start small and work your way up.

Finding ways to achieve their goals that are fun. If you are a social person, find a training partner. If you like competition and games, joining a recreational sports team. There are many different things you can do to exercise and eat healthier and fun. Use your imagination!

These rules are very simple, but they are not as easy to follow as it sounds. I suggest to gradually implement these standards in their lifestyle so that you hold with them all their lives. I've been a personal trainer for five years, and I had my own personal training business for 3 of those years. I promise that if you follow these five rules, you will succeed in reaching your fitness goals. It will be cleaner and healthier than it has ever been in your life!
